Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, request information, or reserve a space, including your name, email address, booking details, and account profile. We also receive basic device, browser, and usage information needed to secure and operate the service.
Payments
Online payment is not currently enabled on this website. If online checkout is activated, card details will be collected only through a secure payment provider; Jobe’s Opera will not receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
We use information to provide and manage reservations, authenticate accounts, send confirmations and service messages, prevent fraud and double-bookings, support customers, maintain business records, and improve the website.
Service providers and records
We share only the information needed with providers that support the service, including hosting, authentication, database, email, and analytics providers, and, once online payment is enabled, a payment provider. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, business, or community.
Retention and choices
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records we must retain.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless and records aggregate page views only. Microsoft Clarity captures behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays using first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies; form fields are masked, and Clarity does not run on account or booking pages.
