Terms of service
Effective August 31, 2026. By using this website or completing a reservation, you agree to these terms.
Using the service
You must provide accurate contact and booking information and use the website only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Guest booking is available without an account.
Reservations and holds
A temporary hold may reserve a selected time while the reservation is completed; expired or abandoned holds are released automatically. A hold is not a confirmed booking. Occupancy limits, minimum durations, hours, and included amenities shown during booking apply to the reservation.
Rates and payment
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Online payment is not currently enabled on this website, and no website hold represents a paid booking. When online checkout is activated, the rate and total shown at checkout will control the reservation and payments will be collected through a secure payment provider.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
The cancellation and refund terms displayed during booking or in your confirmation apply. If a reservation must be changed or cancelled by Jobe’s Opera, we will contact you and provide an appropriate rebooking option or refund. Processing time for an approved refund may depend on your bank or card issuer.
Care of the space
Guests must follow posted building rules, respect other occupants, remain within reserved areas and times, and leave the space in reasonable condition. You are responsible for damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by you or your attendees, to the extent permitted by law.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the website and spaces available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobe’s Opera is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or facilities. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
